Home Sweet Home
One of our services is helping you to find accommodation in the UK. Even though it looks easy, it isn’t. Despite the fact the UK has a dynamic market there is not too much to offer and in comparison to Spain and other European countries, the prices are high. Aside from this, as foreigners its easy for some landlords to take advantage of us.
Here in the UK, there is a saying that it is easier to find a job than accommodation. Based in my own experience, the first thing to do is find a more or less decent place located close to your job, school etc. Once you have accommodation everything is easier. Later on, when you have a better idea of the city, you can decide if you want to move to stay in the same place.
The main difficulties are finding an affordable price, the right kind of contract, organising the deposits, providing references, etc.

Rented Accommodation
The cheapest option. How nice it is to share !
The most basic accommodation is a single room in a shared house. This is where you share a house with several people and all the facilitates but have your own private bedroom. A good option for more outgoing and relaxed people and also great to make new friends who are in the same situation as you. With this kind of situation, the landlords are not usually are so picky regarding requirements.

Homestay
A profitable option that allows you accommodation and the possibility to improve your English
A popular option is living in a Homestay whilst you study. This means that you will live with a native family. You will have your own room in this house and more than likely there will be other students in the same house. In a homestay you will live with the owner and their family. Typically laundry services, breakfast and an evening meal are included. This situation offers you endless opportunities to practice your English and learn about the UK culture.

Private rentals
To live like a King!
The most expensive option available where you would rent either individually or in a group a whole apartment or house privately. You would be in charge of organising housemates, paying the bills and your name would be on the rental agreement. This is the most desired option and most suitable for those looking to stay long term in the UK. It is also the most complicated because of the detailed documents required.
